TONE

Our Level 1, signature class is for all ages (16+) and fitness levels. Tone is meant to be an introduction to our method and style, highly emphasizing proper alignment and form. Be prepared for a high-intensity, low-impact, ballet-based workout, mixed with cardio and floor work, that will burn fat, lengthen muscles and strengthen your core overall. Tone provides a fun and energetic workout that allows non-dancers to achieve that ‘dancers’ body, and fitness enthusiasts to stay in top condition!

SWEAT

Our Level 2 class is Tone amplified! This class is for the student who is confident with our moves, terminology and technique and is ready to kick it up a few notches. It uses the same foundation as Tone but at a much faster pace. Sweat is more energy, more cardio and more challenging. Get ready to sweat in this 60-minute class!

FUSE

Not quite ready for Sweat? Fuse lies somewhere between Tone and Sweat, offering a more gradual progression. Fuse is for the student who is comfortable with our moves, wants to pick up the pace, but still requires a bit of demonstration. Don’t underestimate Fuse, you’ll be sweating and burning the calories away at the barre in this 60-minute class!

BURN

If ballet moves are not your cup of tea, then this high-intensity, 60-minute total-body burn workout is for you! Think boot camp meets pilates. We incorporate various equipment in this class to sculpt and tone the core, arms, thighs and glutes. Burn focuses on burning-out and exhausting targeted muscle groups, increasing flexibility, and improving coordination. You will sweat, shake and burn the fat away!

EXPRESS

On your lunch break or want to squeeze in a quick mid-day workout? This 45-minute class is an accelerated version of our signature Tone/Sweat/Fuse class. You can still get a total body workout in a shorter amount of time and get back to work or be off to your next appointment. Express is perfect for the busy person who doesn’t want to sacrifice their fitness goals!

What to Expect

  • New clients, please arrive 15 minutes early on your first day with us for paperwork and orientation to our studio.
  • ALL clients, please arrive early! Your spot will be available to waitlist clients if you’re not checked in by the time class officially begins.
  • Bring a water bottle and towel if you prefer. A filtered water dispenser is provided for your convenience to refill your water bottle. Towels are your preference. We provide mats for your comfort during the floor portion but you are welcome to use a full-length towel on top.
  • Grip socks are required. You may bring your own or we will have them available for purchase in the studio.
  • We have showers and restrooms available for your use and cubbies in a safe location to store your personal belongings.
