Anisa Diaz is addicted to all things fitness! She found a passion for movement at the young age of four when she stepped into her first dance class. Ever-active and always searching for a new challenge, Anisa has participated in a variety of physical activities including dance, musical theatre, yoga, aerial silks, stand up paddle boarding and SUP yoga, gymnastics, indoor cycling and now BARRE! Anisa has taught spin for over two years and is certified as a yoga instructor both on the mat AND on a paddle board. She co-owns a children’s theatre that has produced more than 20 productions and now she finds her self here at the barre sharing her ATTITUDE with you! Living a busy life, Anisa finds that barre can rebuild the mind, body and soul and help you feel refreshed and energized! Anisa loves the sweat, smiles and sore muscles that comes along with a Barre Attitude class & she’s so grateful for the support of this amazing dance/fitness community.
