Kayleigh was born and raised in Southern California. She moved to Scottsdale, Arizona as a young girl and spent her high school and college years as a competitive gymnast and dancer. She started in gymnastics at 6 years old and fell in love! As a competitive gymnast, she held both state and regional titles. Upon retiring from the gymnastics world, she began taking dance classes, which was an easy transition. She danced in her high school dance company and then continued onto the Jazz Ensemble at Scottsdale Community College. It was Hip Hop that opened the door for her to join the Phoenix Suns Hip Hop Squad for the 2010 season. She has coached recreational and competitive gymnastics and taught dance to kids at local studios. Upon discovering barre for the first time, her passion for teaching was reignited. She quickly became barre-certified and began teaching. As a barre instructor for 3 years now, she has found it to be a fun way to stay connected to the passions of her youth while keeping fit and teaching others how to dance their way through fitness! Kayleigh relocated to Long Beach, Ca in 2013, where she and her husband now call home. They are expecting their 1st and 2nd (yes identical twins!) in March 2020 and couldn’t be more excited!
