Sarah is passionate about using movement as a means to find mind-body wellness. She graduated from the Dance Science program at CSULB, where she received her most influential dance and exercise training. Her dance background consists mostly of Ballet, Jazz, and Modern dance. She has been dancing professionally in various dance projects for the past 6 years. She has been teaching dance and fitness for the past 10 years. Her absolute favorite part of teaching is connecting with students to encourage them and to see them grow.
